Upgrading Baicells LTE UE's and eNB's

For the base station:
To upgrade the firmware, please follow the following steps:
1. Log into the eNB's web gui
2. Go to "System"
3. Go to "Upgrade"
4. Click "Choose file" and choose the firmware file.
5, Click "Upgrade Now".


For UE:

1. Log into CPE with username/password.
2. Go to System->Version Manager page.
3. Click on "Choose File" and select the new firmware.
4. Click Submit.

You can also upgrade the software through OMC if the base station and UE are connected to the OMC.

Please follow the following steps for that:
For base station:
1) On OMC go to eNB>>>>Strategy>>>>>Upgrade>>>>click on + add symbol.
2)Click on Software upgrade, put in the task name as you please.
3) Select the Base station that you want to upgrade from left menu and press the right arrow, select that base Station in right side menu and press next.
4)Select the software you want to upgrade to in this page and press finish, the upgrade will start.

For UE:
1) On OMC go to CPE>>>>Strategy>>>>>Upgrade>>>>click on + add symbol.
2)Click on Software upgrade, put in the task name as you please.
3) Select the CPE that you want to upgrade from left menu and press the right arrow, select that base Station in right side menu and press next.
4)Select the software you want to upgrade to in this page and press finish, the upgrade will start.
