One of the most important tasks for a WISP is proper grounding of all hardware, buildings and towers. Many people new to being a WISP often overlook this critical step in deployment or under doing the proper grounding necessary. This almost always ends in disaster potentially bankrupting a new venture. Motorola wrote the book on this and many other site related topics, called "Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites" and should be studied in length if you are new to WISP hardware deployment. The link for the 2005 Revised version is here: Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites
